Notes: ABSTRACT: Coccoidea on pome and stone fruit trees and on plants bordering these orchards were investigated between 1999-2001 in the provinces of Ankara, Afyon, Burdur, and lsparta, Turkey. Three species of Astereolecaniidae, 21 species of Coccidae, and 30 species of Diaspididae were found. Six species were new records to the Turkish scale insect fauna: Astereolecaniidae Asterodiaspis bella (Russell), Coccidae - Pulvinaria salicicola (Borchsenius) and Scythia festuceti (Sulc) and Diaspididae - Chionaspis austriaca Lindinger, Chortinaspis senapirensis Ben-Dov and Lepidosaphes salicina (Borchsenius).
