Notes: Some individuals of Heliococcus bohemicus were observed in August 2004 in a vineyard in Friuli-Venezia Giulia (north-eastern Italy). This is the first report of the species in the region. The vineyard is located near Cormons in the province of Gorizia. Brief information on the biology and characteristics that distinguish it from Planococcus ficus are provided.
