    • Notes: Neosirnmondsia esakii Takahashi, 1939 is redescribed based on adult female syntypes and additional adult females from the Federated States of Micronesia. One of the examined syntypes is designated as lectotypc. A complete illustration of the adult female is provided for the first time, and its diagnosis is amended. The first-instal' nymph is illustrated for the first time. The host list of the species is enlarged to include Musaceae.
