Notes: A total of 48 species of mealybugs from 47 different countries were intercepted by plant health inspectors in consignments of plants and plant products at ports of entry in South Korea from 1996 to 2018. A list of all the species identified, along with a dichotomous taxonomic key to the 48 intercepted species of mealybugs, is provided to help in the detection and identification of species of this important group of plant pests.
