Notes: This short note reviews reports from outbreaks of Ripersiella hibisci (Hemiptera: Rhizoecidae) in Europe between 2021 and 2023. This species was recorded from 21 new host plants across 11 families, including three families not previously known to include hosts of R. hibisci (Cactaceae, Cornaceae, Solanaceae).
