Notes: The current article describes a new species of Lopholeucaspis feeding on the bark of Populus (Salicaceae), bringing the total number of species in the genus to eight. The adult female, second instar female and adult male of this species are described. An identification key to adult females of all the known species of Lopholeucaspis worldwide is provided.
