Notes: The present study was carried out to evaluate the efficiency of certain chemical compounds (malathion, M. anisopliae, KZ-oil, pyriproxyfen, sesame oil and sulphur) against P. tenuivalvata under field conditions. Also, study the effect of these compounds on the properties of sugarcane and the residue of the most effective compound in sugarcane juice.
