Abstract: Surveys conducted in Kenya to find natural enemy species suitable to Papua New Guinea; primary parasites in central highlands found Metaphycus stanleyi, M. baruensis and Diversinervus stramineus to be dominant on C. celatus and C. alpinus; other predators were found to be common only in ant-free scale populations; Coccophagus rusti was the only natural enemy of C. viridis found.
