Notes: This paper summarizes some simple and convenient techniques in forecasting the damage of Drosicha corpulenta to poplar [Populus] and economic forests in Xi'an City in Shaanxi, China. Rodolia limbata, the most important natural enemy of D. corpulenta, and the effects of biological control were also observed to improve forecast accuracy.
