Notes: The aim of this work was to survey the wold predators of Dactylopius opuntiae (Cockerell), pest of Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill. (Cactaceae) in the Pernambuco State, Brazil. In 2007, six especitions were made into infested areas of 15 cities of Pernambuco State. Further studies of necessary before these predators be used as biological control agents of this pest in the region.
