  • Notes: This study employed age-stage, two-sex life tables to assess the sublethal and transgenerational effects of lambda-cyhalothrin on P. marginatus. Additionally, we measured the activities of detoxification enzymes (GST, CarE, EST, and P450) and the expression of detoxification-related genes in P. marginatus. By elucidating these sublethal effects at both the organismal and molecular levels, the results will help enhance our understanding of lambda-cyhalothrin’s impact on P. marginatus and guide the development of more effective and sustainable IPM strategies for its control.
