Abstract: Alate males of Eomatsucoccus sukachevae and E. popovi, new gen. and species, described on the basis of four impressions; Eomatsucoccus is the oldest fossil that can be considered a scale insect, which indicates that coccids must have radiated into the main groups at least in the Jurassic.
