Notes: In our research, we aim to investigate the diversity of scale insects in some orange orchards within the Guelma region (Northeast of Algeria). Additionally, we seek to analyze the correlation between their presence and prevailing climatic conditions. Furthermore, our objective is to assess the comprehensiveness of the identified species richness through the application of theoretical estimators for a more rigorous evaluation.
