Notes: Abstract: Pest control measures with particular reference to insecticide use patterns on large-scale coffee estates in Kenya were surveyed through formal questionnaires and informal farm visits; between 1970 and 1985, farmers relied less and less on insecticides for pest control as IPM principles became more widely adopted.
