Notes: The adult female of Ferrisicoccus kalyanensis n. sp. is described from Kalyani, West Bengal, India on Lannea coromandelica (Anacardiaceae). The adult female possesses 16 pairs of cerarii, some of the abdominal cerarii with more than 2 cerarian setae, body setae flagellate, 6 anal ring setae and absence of oral rim ducts. Oral collar tubular ducts produce cottony puparia in male nymphs and waxy fibres in the venter of ovipositing female. Description of adult male and different nymphal instars of Ferrisicoccus kalyanensis along with a key to the identification of the instars has also been provided.
