Notes: Mirococcus vallis sp. nov. is described and illustrated from Samara Prov. of Russia. Three other species of mealybugs: Fonscolombia amnicola (Borchsenius, 1948), Mirococcopsis subterranea (Newstead, 1893) and Ripersiella poltavae (Laing, 1929) are reported for the first time to the fauna of the Volga Area.
