  • Notes: In this study, 20 × 20 km resolution grids were created for Turkiye based on HadGEM2-ES RCP4.5 (the mid-range) and HadGEM2-ES RCP8.5 (the upper range), which can be considered as representing a high-emissions scenario (indicating a radiative forcing of 8.5 W/m² by 2098) climate scenarios (Akçakaya et al., 2015; IPCC, 2013) and the areas where P. pentagona could survive and spread between 2021-2098 were investigated. Based on this information, a potential risk map of P. pentagona under different climatic conditions was developed for diferent regions of Turkiye. https://doi.org/10.1007/s12600-025-01261-y
