Danzig, E.M., & Matile-Ferrero, D. 1990 Neopulvinaria innumerabilis a pest of vine in Europe (Homoptera: Coccoidea: Coccidae).. Proceedings of the Sixth International Symposium of Scale Insects Studies, Cracow, August 6-12, 1990, 2: 131-132.
Notes: This pest appeared to be a junior synonyum of Neopulvinaria innumerabilis well known in the New World, and probably introduced to Europe from America; this cottony scale has no efficient natural enemies in Europe but is quickly suppressed in America by Atropates collinsi and Eunotus lividus.
