Remarks
- Structure: Female body elongate-oval, with almost parallel margins, about 4 mm long, pink in life. Antennae 8-segmented. Legs with thin segments; hind coxae enlarged, with microtubular ducts. Anal apparatus complete; setae of anal ring slightly longer than diameter of anal ring. Both pairs of ostioles well developed. Circulus oval, mid-sized. (Danzig & Gavrilov-Zimin, 2015)
- General Remarks: Good description of the adult female given by Borchsenius (1949) and by Tang (1992). Danzig (1997a) indicated that this species is very similar, and possibly identical with T. implicatus (Borchsenius).
