Remarks
- Systematics: Ovaticoccus villanuevorum is unique in having the tibia longer than the tarsus, and the anal opening in a recessed pocket.
- Structure: Holotype, slide mounted 3.9 mm long, 2.0 mm wide (paratypes 2.5–3.5 mm long, 1.7–1.8 mm wide). Body elongate oval; without protruding anal lobes. Anal-lobe area dorsally each with 2–4 flagellate setae, numerous cruciform pores and macrotubular ducts; ventrally each with 2–4 flagellate setae including elongate anallobe seta, numerous cruciform pores, macrotubular ducts, microtubular ducts, and multilocular pores.
