- Systematics: Subfamily: Pseudococcinae (Choi & Lee, 2022) Generic characteristics that distinguish this genus from all other eriococcids are: the possession of large macrotubular ducts with sclerotized dermal rim; anal lobes with longitudinal fold; discoidal pores; 1-segment labium (Miller & González, 1975).
