Remarks
- Systematics: This species is similar to Icerya kumari. However, I. kumari has the open-center pores which are two times larger than usual multilocular pores. C. ovivivipara exhibits open-center pores similar in size to multilocular ones. In further contrast to I. kumari, C. ovivivipara has strongly sclerotized simple pores scattered on all of the body surface. (Gavrilov-Zimin, 2018)
