Remarks
- Systematics: This species differs from all other species in the genus by possessing ostioles with sclerotized lips and by the absence of eyes. (Kaydan, et al., 2018)
- Structure: Body elongate oval, 0.50–0.85 mm long, 0.23–0.35 mm wide. Eyes absent. Antenna 5 segmented. Legs well developed, 2 large translucent pores present on hind tibia. Claw digitules spine-like, 5 μm long. Both pairs of ostioles present, lips heavily sclerotized. (Kaydan, et al., 2018)
